Witty Lids is a small business based in Orange County, California, owned and operated by Joseph Carley. One person picks the sayings, packs the boxes and answers the email.

This is our business mailing address. Please note we are not a retail storefront and cannot take walk-in visits or accept returns in person — and because our hats are final sale, there is nothing to send back anyway. Everything is handled by email.
